1. Data controller

The controller is EduFin Tech, S.L. (Tax ID B26790485, Passeig de Sant Gervasi, 10, 4.º 3.ª, 08022 Barcelona). You can write to us at hello@finomik.com.

2. What data we process on this website

• Demo form: your role at the school, the school's name and your email address.
• Emails you send us: the data you include in them.
• Visit statistics: aggregated, anonymous data (pages viewed, country, device type), collected without cookies and without identifying you.

This website is not aimed at children. Data about students who use the Finomik platform is processed on behalf of each school, under the contract signed with it, and stored on servers in the European Union, in Germany.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your demo request or enquiry and send you the information you ask for. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, as it doesn't identify you.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet possible legal obligations. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers that give us technical services and process the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and cookie-free visit statistics.
• Formspree Inc.: receiving the demo form.

Both are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't share data with third parties unless required by law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@finomik.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know.
